Criteria for Investors Eligible to File Claims

  • Deposits assets and has a Securities account with the Custodian / Institution that committed the abuse.
  • Has a Single Investor Identification number from the Depository and Settlement Institution.
  • Holds original evidence of any misuse of funds that occurred.
  • Investors become the aggrieved party/ victim, and do not associate directly or indirectly with the Custodian/ Institution that is alleged to have committed the abuse.

    • This does not apply to Investors or Investors who meet one or more of the following criteria:

    1. Investors involved in or causing the loss of Capitalist Assets.
    2. Investors are controlling shareholders, directors, commissioners, or officials one level below the director of the Custodian; and/or.
    3. Investors are Affiliates of the Parties in numbers 1 and 2.

    Send all completed files/archives to email helpdesk@indonesiapf.co.id with the email title attached with your full name. Format: “Submission of PT XYZ Abuse Claim - [Full Name]”

    Indonesia SIPF will validate the claims received. You will receive an email notification when your claim has been accepted or rejected.

    A few days after you report, you can check the status of your claim submission on the “Claim” page on this website by entering your SID (Single Investor Identification) number.

    Indonesia SIPF will distribute DKKI or pay for verified reports/claims. You will receive an email notification when the payment process is complete.
